In order to raise funds for future infrastructure developments Eastlakes MCU will be running a chocolate fundraiser. It is requested that each family take at least one box of chocolates to sell. The box of chocolates will have 24 mini blocks which will retail for $60 a box or $2.50 each.
The club is aiming to sell 205 boxes of chocolates, so if families believe they have the capacity to sell more than one box that will be welcome. In order to make the cash management easier it is requested that families pay the $60 for the box of chocolates upfront and then sell the chocolates to recover the funds. If this is an issue please let us know to make other arrangements.
It is expected that the chocolates will arrive on Friday 26th May and be available for collection on Sunday following completion of each age group in both football and netball.

The chocolates will be given out near the canteen on Sunday. Names will be recorded as families collect the chocolates. If families are unable to collect the chocolates on Sunday we are asking coaches to find a parent helper to ensure the chocolates are given out to each family within the club and the money collected and returned to Ben or Jacinta Creighton to document.
